What does "one-time payment" mean?
You pay $9.99 once and get 99 days of full access. There's no subscription, no auto-renew, and no surprise charges.
Can I upgrade from within the app?
Yes. Once you're logged in, head to Dashboard → Upgrade or go to Account Settings at any time.
What if I fail the real exam?
If you meet the Pass Guarantee criteria, submit a refund request from your Account Settings page. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
