By using PassHHA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PassHHA provides HHA exam preparation materials including practice questions, mock exams, and readiness scores. We do not guarantee passing the actual HHA exam.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

The Full Access plan is a one-time payment of $9.99 for 99 days of access. The Pass Guarantee refund is subject to specific conditions outlined on our Refund Policy page. No other refunds are provided.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not share your account credentials, reproduce our question content, or use the service for commercial resale.

6. Limitation of Liability

PassHHA is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
