About the limits
Almost everything in Full Access is unlimited — practice questions, mock exams, study and review — for the whole 99 days.
Two features carry an allowance, because each use costs us money to run through an AI model:
- CV builder: 30 generations per access. One counts each time you press “Build my resume” — editing the draft afterwards and downloading the PDF are free.
- Practice interview: about 20 full interviews per access. Each reply from the interviewer counts, plus the debrief at the end.
There is also a daily cap to stop automated use. Almost nobody meets it, and if you do we tell you at that moment and say when it resets. The exact figures are in the Terms.
Common questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan gives you 15 practice questions per day with no time limit and no credit card required. It never expires.
What does "one-time payment" mean?
You pay $9.99 once and get 99 days of full access. There's no subscription, no auto-renew, and no surprise charges.
Can I upgrade from within the app?
Yes. Once you're logged in, head to Dashboard → Upgrade or go to Account Settings at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you don't pass your state HHA exam, we refund your $9.99. You'll need to have completed 3+ mock exams (with 75%+ on at least one) and submit your official score report within 14 days of the exam. Request it from your dashboard at Account → Request refund.
