Refund Policy

If you don't pass your state HHA certification exam within 60 days of your Full Access purchase, email us with your official score report and we'll refund your full $9.99. Conditions apply — see below.
To qualify for a refund
You must meet all of the following:
- You practiced with us. Complete at least 3 full mock exams on PassHHA before sitting your state exam.
- You reached the passing score on at least one mock. You scored 75% or higher on at least one PassHHA full mock — this shows our system told you that you were ready.
- You didn't pass the state exam. You took your official HHA certification exam and did not pass.
- You submit proof. You share your official score report from the state or testing provider, showing the exam date and result.
- You request in time. Submit your refund request within 30 days of your state exam date.
How to request a refund
Sign in and submit a request from your dashboard at Account → Request refund. Attach your official score report. We review each request manually and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
What this covers — and what it doesn't
The refund covers your $9.99 PassHHA fee. It does not cover state exam fees, training program costs, or any travel-related expenses. Only one refund per user.
Important
Results vary based on individual effort and state requirements. PassHHA provides practice materials; we do not guarantee the outcome of your state exam. This refund policy is the sole exam-outcome-related guarantee we offer.
Billing issues
If you have a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the product you paid for, email help@passhha.com and we'll resolve it separately from this policy.
Free plan
The free plan is always free. No refund applies because nothing is charged.
