Refund Policy & Pass Guarantee

We stand behind PassHHA. If you meet all conditions below and still fail the real exam, we will refund your full $9.99 payment — no forms, no runaround.
Exact Eligibility Conditions
All four conditions must be met:
Complete at least 3 full 75-question mock exams in your PassHHA account
Score 75% or higher on at least one of those mock exams
Take the official HHA competency exam at an authorized testing site
Submit your official exam failure notice to us within 30 days of your real exam date
How to Submit
Log in to your account, go to Account Settings → Pass Guarantee, and submit your request with a photo or scan of your official failure notice. We process all requests within 5 business days.
What We Don't Cover
The Pass Guarantee does not cover: free plan users, purchases made more than 99 days before the exam, or failures on the skills/clinical demonstration portion of the exam (PassHHA covers knowledge questions only).
Standard Refund Policy
Outside of the Pass Guarantee, all purchases are final. If you have a billing issue, contact us at support@passhha.com.
